Hiking at Cedar River, WA, USA

Last Sunday, my brother and I went for a hike along the Cedar River, WA. Suprisingly it was not crowsded at all since the weather has been nice and all hiking spots around WA are flooded with people. It was a nice day to be away from the city life and everyday problems...

Deception Pass Bridge, WA, USA

Yes another last minute call, and I ended up at Deception Pass State Park. Here is a video, I shot on the way back passing through the Deception Pass Bridge on Memorial Day, 2016.

Closing Day 2016 at Crystal Mountain, WA

With a last minute call we went up to Crystal Mountain today for the snow season's closing day. What a great decision it was. With blue sky and 70F degrees temperature, it was a bliss. Here is the last snowboarding short video clip of my last day at the slopes this season. Thank you snow gods for this season. See you next year ;-)

Scary day at Crystal Mountain :)

I've been snowboarding for a little over 25 years and been to all kinds of terrains/mountains. This day, we decided to go to the far side of the Powder Bowl at Crystal Mountain. Gosh, it was the best and the worst decision of the day. We didn't realize that there was not enough snow until we were already there and we hear the rocks scratching the bottom of my snowboard. Anyways, we made it down in one piece, but never been this scared in my life of snowboarding. My advice is, check the snow conditions or simply ask a ski patrol before you make any bold moves.

On the other hand, I had some sweet shots on the slopes. Not going back to Powder Bowl until we have enough snow.
